Truly Blessed Learning Center is a family-oriented, faith-based child care center whose mission is to positively affect our families and our community by providing children with excellent care in a safe and Christian atmosphere.
We want to provide for the spiritual, mental, social, and physical growth of each child while achieving academic excellence.
Meet Our Owner
Karinia Elliott is a devoted educator, entrepreneur, and woman of faith with a heart overflowing with love for children. As the owner of Truly Blessed Learning Center, she has dedicated her life to creating a nurturing, faith-filled environment where little ones can grow spiritually, academically, and emotionally. A true gift to children, Karinia sees each child as a blessing, pouring her love, wisdom, and care into their early development.

Beyond her work in early childhood education, Karinia is a passionate praise dancer, using her gift to worship and inspire others through movement. Her love for the Lord is at the center of everything she does, guiding her mission to serve families with grace and compassion.

A proud mother of two and a doting grandmother, Karinia cherishes family and understands the importance of raising children in a supportive and faith-based environment. Through Truly Blessed Learning Center, she continues to touch lives, leaving a lasting impact on every child and family she serves.

At Truly Blessed Learning Center, we prioritize the safety and well-being of every child. Our comprehensive health and safety measures ensure that our facilities provide a secure and healthy environment. We adhere to strict hygiene practices, conduct regular safety checks, and maintain a clean and sanitized space for all children to thrive.
Licensing
Our Chesapeake child care is a licensed religious exempt program. Inspections are performed throughout the year by local health, fire, licensing, and building agencies. Regulations and inspections pertain to staff qualification, facility and playground, nutrition, health and safety, record-keeping, and child-to-staff ratio.
